April Fools Day!

All respect to Dave mcKean who went into certain direction with the Joker.

Theater poster and program

The theater project I mentioned in Twitter. A solo-monologue by choreographer Nina Mamia and actor Kasperi Nordman.

Dinner

Once more, he fed his family.

What the hell I`ve been doing

Illustrating Deadworld as usual! But sorry I haven`t updated the site lately. I try to be more timely from now on.

Desk at the moment

DW stuff

Tattoo

Another tattoo designed. Other than this I`ve been drawing the full color Deadworld as some of you know. And it is quite easy to say, even now, that it is going to be the best comic so far by me. It is both full color and horror and I`m really trying to do my best with it. I`ll upload one or two of the newest pages here soon.

Personal photography

Nature taking over.

Those pigs

Creatures of The Night

Drawing for no reason. This isn`t probably going anywhere unless you want it on your wall.

Snapshots

Shot of me taken by Noona Mäkinen with a crappy mobilephone cam. And then mangled in photoshop by me. More of these in Facebook.

Drawing stuff

Drawing `cause there is nothing much to do. Waiting for the next bunch of script pages.

Update: It`s now third time that I took this image further. It`s now changed quite a bit from the first version. Just wasn`t happy with it. And am still not. So it may still change. Be patient.

Update: Hopefully the last one.

Update 012211: I know. It`s sad.

Deadworld Omnibus

DEADWORLD OMNIBUS is now in stores. It was scheduled for the end of the month but it's in stores as of today. Featuring the collections of Deadworld: Requiem for the World (Image), Deadworld: Frozen Over (Desperado), and Deadworld: Slaughterhouse (Desperado), the book is over 300 pages and contains all of the "newest" version of Deadworld. A very thick book with 13 issues worth of pages. for only $12.95 and a GREAT spot to get into the DEADWORLD.

The Master

Happier new year

Merry christmas, hanukkah etc.

Jason

Watched Friday the 13th. extended cut (2009). I was a big fan of the original movie series back when I was like 16 and have most of them on VHS tape (they have made a total of 11 films plus this new one if I remember it correctly). Jason Voorhees is more iconic than Michael Myers; the hockey mask really does the job. And yes; I still have something like 300 VHS tapes I never carried to dumpster.

HELLsinki freezes over

Not Siberia. Helsinki this evening. We have more snow than anywhere in Finland. Used to be the other way round. Over 50 cm. at this moment. Over 70 car crashes today.

Undead Girlie

Testing some new techniques. I used a lot more collage here with this little girl.
