If you haven`t read it yet, the first part of Slaughterhouse is here. Yes, the whole 32 pages of it.

As Gary Reed (the writer of this book) said: Deadworld: Slaughterhouse is a HARDCOVER graphic novel coming out in October from Desperado Publishing. That means its in the Diamond Previews for the month of August and of course, a lot of retailers will only order independents if a customer orders it so make sure you place an order. Sami needs the money for all the work he did in doing such a brilliant job of illustrating the book. Personally, it might be my all time fav Deadworld story.

And yep: I need the money. For drugs.

Deadworld finished

Just finished illustrating Deadworld Slaughterhouse. Still planning to do whole new cover for the TPB if I only have time. We will see. I would like to use photos and stuff so it could look something like the CD cover of the previous post.

It`s new year and it seems that I`m going to break my back with the workload I have promised to do. Also mental illnesses will come. Here is a CD -single cover for the finnish band called Rödsögården. There will be another covers after this one. Deadworld Slaughterhouse will be finished in few days. And I will continue with the Hatter M vol 2 but don`t have approval to show any art yet. Sorry.
But it will be the coolest thing I`ve done so far, I can promise.

Bunker

Expanding my artistic expression: WW II gingerbread bunker designed by me. Winter time at Karelia 1942. The scene includes mines, shrapnel covers, tiny spruces (the bigger ones been bombed to hell) and two dead soldiers. One blasted to the top of the roof.

Deadworld Slaughterhouse TPB is scheduled for April 2009 release. So beware.

Big news is that I`ve started a whole new graphic novel with Frank Beddor and that book is going to keep me busy for some time... I`m just telling that this IS going to be a big thing. But more about that later.
